  • Non-payment may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Service Changes & Availability

  • We strive to provide reasonable notice for planned downtime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. Security & Intellectual Property

  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and safeguarding credentials.

  • ElizaLIMS retains all intellectual property rights to the Service and software.

  • You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute the Service.
